YouthBuild Northwest: Beaver Island

The Beaver Island site of YouthBuild Northwest is a unique residential site for YouthBuild participants. Housed at the Beaver Island Lighthouse School, students learn, work, and live at a significant site, listed in the National Register of Historic Places, home to one of the oldest lighthouses on the Great Lakes.

 

 


YouthBuild Students Visit Harbor Industries in Charlevoix
Students from the Beaver Island site of YouthBuild Northwest toured Harbor Industries to learn about business sustainability. Watch the video to see some of the things the students learned about what the company is doing that are good for business and the environment.
