Service Centers

Northwest Michigan WORKS! Service Centers represent the front line of local workforce development service delivery. Here, employers can access many free resources and meet with a  business liaison who will explain available business services. The five Service Centers are centrally located throughout the 10-county region: Cadillac, Kalkaska, Manistee, Petoskey, and Traverse City.

 

 

5 Service Centers in Northwest Lower Michigan

Employers can:

  • Meet with a Business Liaison
  • Use rooms in the Service Centers for interviews
  • Use the Business Resource Rooms (Petoskey and Traverse City Service Centers)
    • Internet-connected computers
    • Business Plan templates and software
    • Links to business development resources
  • Work with staff to post job orders on the Michigan Talent Bank and search résumés
  • Connect with SBTDC and PTAC
