1-day session - Conducted by PHI - Certificate

Who should attend: Direct Care Workers (home health aides, nurse aides, respite care, direct service persons, schedulers, etc.)

This training is for front-line staff; nurses and other supervisors should attend the Coaching Supervision Course.

Session conducted by PHI and there attendees will receive a certificate of achievement.

CEUs available. Class is limited to 14 participants. Preference is given to registered CNA apprentices.

This healthcare staff training serves as a complement to Coaching Supervision Classes for nurses and supervisors; and counts as 7 classroom hours toward Peer Mentoring Specialty Certification.
