The Traverse City Michigan WORKS! Biz Resource Center provides free resources to small businesses in the area. The Center consists of several high-end computers with high-speed internet access. Small businesses owners or managers can browse helpful, relevant web sites, and download sample business plans, financial statements, marketing plans, and more. The computers also include specialized human resources software for creating job descriptions, employee performance evaluations, policy handbooks, and business plans. The Center also provides a human resources library.

The Traverse City Biz Resource Center provides services free of charge due to a partnership between Michigan WORKS! and Small Business & Technology Development Center (an SBA program).
