GED Prep
This course is focused on individuals who want to study independently for the GED test, or feel that they are ready to take the GED test. This three-session course will provide information regarding the GED test eligibility and test content. Practice tests will be given to determine the participants' overall ability. An individualized study guide will be created from the practice test examples to ensure the candidates' success. (Cost of class includes a copy of the GED Preparation book and official GED calculator. Participants may qualify to have the cost of the GED test paid. Ask instructor for more details).

Study Skills and Test Taking Strategies
This class is designed to help the participant prepare for college by improving their study skills with an emphasis on test taking strategies. Participants will learn the SQ3R method of textbook study and how to effectively schedule study time.

Career Prep for Adults
In the 21st century, more and more careers require education after high school. The more education you have, the more you earn. In this self-paced course, participants will use interest inventories, aptitude tests, and informational interviews to discover relevant career options. In addition, information and experience will be utilized to design a Career Plan. Class is individualized with one-on-one instruction from an experienced, certified teacher and features open enrollment (participants may start any time of the year).
