Description:
We are part of the "Workforce Investment Act of 1998." We are committed advocates for people in need. Our mission is to promote the development of human potential by providing resources and creating opportunities in the communities we serve. Assistance is provided generally to adults and youth who meet minimal eligibility requirements and to populations with special needs, including migrant and other seasonally employed farm workers. Specific Eligibility Criteria may also be viewed.
