We assist business owners in the valuation and sale of their businesses. In addition, we can also assist in locating merger and acquisition candidates and aid in intergrading the merged businesses and financing the growth.

Your company's organizational goals and objectives are the driving forces behind the design and delivery of TRAC services. TRAC staff will work with each client to assess needs and design solutions aligned with organizational strategies. We can provide access to state and National resources through our partnership with the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center.

Procurement Technical Assistance Center assist small businesses with the vigorous requirements for bidding on and obtaining government contracts. This free service includes bid matching services, market research, standards and specifications guidelines, electronic data interchange, and one-on-one counseling. The program also provides low-cost trainings and seminars on government procurement and exporting.

STAT-USA/Internet is a service of the U.S. Department of Commerce. It is a single point of access to business, trade, and economic information from the Federal Government. Find general economic indicators, and data fr housing and construction, employment, and manufacturing and industry. Monetary statistics and information on economic policy are also available.
