A Mentoring Breakfast in Traverse City brought together representatives from about 40 organizations that provide mentoring in northwest Michigan. The event was organized by the Traverse Bay Poverty Reduction Initiative (PRI) to help improve the region's mentoring programs. Sid Van Slyke, Navigator

A Traverse City man facing challenges with his mortgage got help from Sid Van Slyke at Northwestern Bank. Van Slyke got involved after getting a phone call from a Traverse Bay Poverty Reduction Initiative (PRI) navigator. Watch the video to find out what Van Slyke did and what it meant to the PRI client.
