The Steering Team typically meets on the fourth Thursday of the month (except no meeting in July or November; the committee meets on the first Thursday, instead of the fourth, in December). The meeting location has been at the Traverse City Michigan Works! Service Center, large conference room, at 1209 S. Garfield (you may enter at the sound side of the building).
