• Employee Recruitment through contact with the thousands of job seekers who visit our Service Centers, as well as Michigan's Talent Bank

• Outplacement Services for dislocated workers. We will assist you in providing job seeker services to your valuable employees when you must downsize or close.


• Services for special needs employees through contact with Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS). There is an MRS counselor in each Michigan WORKS! Service Center.


• Procurement Technical Assistance Center


• Small Business & Technology Development Center


• Business Workshops through Employer Training Council, a partnership of local businesses and public agencies. ETC hosts periodic workshops on topics of interest to small business, such as employee relations, appropriate discpline of employees, and proper documentation to avoid lawsuits and fines from the government.
