The Professional Development Division of Corporate Services delivers non-credit courses and programs to employees at their work sites. Programs include, but are not limited to project management, leadership, organizational development, managing the family-owned business, sales and customer service, and quality tools and methods. Training can be delivered on-site or at a local Baker College campus, and can be tailored to meet specific needs including content and scheduling.
