FastTrac Training
Michigan's FastTrac, New Venture® program for entrepreneurs is offered in an intensive 30-hour 'boot camp' format. A 90-minute orientation is required for participation and provides details about this reduced-tuition program for those in the early stages of business development. It is co-sponsored by the Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Centers (MI-SBTDC) and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). The normal $700 per student fee has been reduced for this season only to $140 through scholarship funding provided by the MEDC. Class size for the 10-week course is limited. There is no charge for the orientation but pre-registration is required.
A class in Traverse City is currently underway. Please contact SBTDC for details about future classes.

Origins of FastTrac
FastTrac training for northern Michigan entrepreneurs who want to learn how to run a business is being offered through the Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC). Watch the videos to find out what those business owners have to say about the SBTDC and the new FastTrac program.
